Social anxiety

Social anxiety

Social Anxiety relates to a feeling of deep anxiety over being ‘judged’ in a social setting. The individual may feel dysfunctional and avoidant of social interactions.

Those with social phobia often avoid meeting new people, going out, speaking and interaction, giving a speech or talk, and suffer from incapacitating anxiety.

This leads to many psychological problems such as loneliness, isolation, low self-esteem, being ‘on guard’ all the time and functional issues.

In therapy, we use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to identify negative self-talk and challenge faulty thinking patterns. Through clinical hypnosis and a combination of EMDR, mindfulness and exposure desensitisation, we the client connect with their higher potential and ‘switch off’ their phobia for social interaction and amplify self worth and potency.

Success rate is extremely high and transformative. It has given me great joy to renowned musicians, artists, actors, home-makers and teenagers re-connect with their potency and self-esteem and benefit from social integration and performances.
