Clinical Hypnotherapy
Clinical Hypnotherapy is a curative method that is used to create subconscious change in a patient in the form of new responses, thoughts, attitudes, behaviours or feelings.
It is highly effective for any kind of behavioural change such as reducing or eliminating phobias, fears, anxieties, habits, improving performance, emotional and therefore physical well-being as well.
Clinical hypnosis is an effective, quick fix method for simple behavioural modification or performance enhancement. However, it does lead to transformational change or trait shifts as it does not do any kind of insight and corrective work.
However, medical and hypno-breath therapy work at a much deeper level for eliciting healing and recovery.
